Jeremy LeMere

Jeremy is a real estate investor and operator of multifamily, commercial, and self-storage facilities in Northeast Wisconsin. He began his real estate career over a decade ago by leveraging his professional and technical skills in rehabbing single family and duplex properties. Throughout his career he moved into the syndication space. As of January 2022, his managed portfolio value is more than $15M.

Michael controls over $250M in performing multifamily assets all over the United States. Additionally, he’s helped students purchase over 9,500 units valued at over $445M. He’s the author of the best-selling book “Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing” and the host of the popular “Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing” podcast. Kyle has transacted hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate in 2021.
